Class Descriptions 


WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. The warm up previews the dance steps in class and the 
cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses. WERQ is taught by Certified Fitness Professionals, so the WERQout is safe and effective.


DanceX is a mixture of many forms of dance and aerobics set to Top 40 music. It can be considered as a cardio workout and It's a full body 
aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.  Apart from making you sweat, it is A fun-loving addictive dance workout.  


Power Is a 60-minute workout that will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Our Staff help coach and 
 motivate you every step along the way.  Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell or dumbbells, weight plates, and body weight, Group POWER combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with the hottest functional, integrated exercises.

Fitness Fight Club

Fitness Fight Club is an intense 1-hour total body workout that will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance! We create a fun, 
electric environment that encourages a healthy lifestyle, confidence, positivity, an increased fitness level and social networking for our members. Kick your workout up a notch with our Fitness FightClub!!
